Ken Londoner enjoys many different activities, including tennis, poker, golfing, skiing, and handling finance for big businesses. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. He soon moved on to New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he received his Master’s degree in Economics and Management. Already an Investment Officer for Seligman Investments, Ken Londoner eventually moved up to the level of Co-Manager, working with a pension fund portfolio that topped $1 billion, also making him one of the youngest to do so in the United States.
From Seligman Investments, Ken Londoner became a Managing Partner for Red Coat Capital Management, LLC. Londoner achieved successful results for 5 of the 6 years that Red Coat provided service for clients. After 9/11, he decided to dissolve the fund and focus more on public venture capital. Ken Londoner founded Endicott Management Partners in November 2002 and currently serves as its Managing Partner. Londoner led the investments for the group and helped the portfolio companies grow.
Endicott Management Partners, LLC, currently works with several new companies, aiding them in increasing their profits, arranging capital, and providing assistance with corporate strategy. Such businesses include Freeline Sports Inc., NewCardio Inc., Inspire MD, and even his own company Safe Ports. Ken Londoner advised Freeline Sports, Inc. on its new Board of Directors and introduced Fortune 500 candidates. Londoner also advised management of Freeline on its recent capital raise of $2.7million, which closed in August of 2010. Through his skill, expertise, and vast network, Londoner has counseled each firm in raising financing and corporate development strategies to grow their unique business enterprises.
